Hon. David Kabanda optimistic about Gen. MK’s 2026 presidential bid

Hon. David Kabanda, the Secretary General of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), has expressed strong optimism that General Muhoozi Kainerugaba will contest in the 2026 presidential elections.
