Opposition forces of change have today been shocked by Bobi Wine’s decision to a ward Kampala Lord Mayor NUP ticket to MP Nabirah Naggayj Ssempala.

According to reports from National Unity Platform (NUP) party president Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu also known as Bobi Wine took over from the Elections Management committee the responsibility of deciding who should be the Party flag bearer on the post of Kampala Lord Mayor.

Commissioner Bikumbi Tonney popularly know as Tony Houles revealed to a friend that the committee had decided to award Mr Joseph Mayanja the ticket after successfully went through the whole process.

“No one is fighting Chameleone (Joseph Mayanja) Rasta (Bobi Wine) has issues with him. The EC committee had decided to award him the ticket,” says Commissioner Tony Houles.
