Vita Foam factory, a mattress manufacturing factory located in the newly created City of Jinja.

Our source from the site has informed Us that the cause of the fire is not yet known.

They are the manufacturers of mattresses, pillows, baby cots and other foam products.

A reliable source told Whisper Eye news that Vita Foam has a wide range of customers ranging from government institutions to hotels, colleges, dealers, dormitories, and private individuals.

The origins of the company can be traced to 1975, when Uganda Industrial Properties Ltd., a holding company, forged an alliance with M/s Vita PLC of UK to form Vitafoam (Uganda) Limited.

The company has since been re-christened as Vitafoam (2015) Ltd.

Vitafoam quickly rose to establish a premier position among foam mattresses and became a byword for quality.
