Shock! Locals discover dead body in the middle of the road

The dead body of a yet-to-be-identified man was discovered by locals in the middle of the road  in  Borowi Village, Ragem Upper Parish, Ragem Sub County Pakwach District yesterday.

This comes  just one month after a boda boda man was killed and dumped in a forest reserve in the same  sub-county.

The LC3 chairperson  of Ragem Sub county Ocan Richard Veve said ” its hard to identify the body which is in the middle of the road”.

The incident is said to have happened in the night thus the need for more  vigilance according to  Molly Kitara, the vice LC 3 chairperson Ragem sub county.

Sources privy to the investigation say the deceased could be a resident of Nebbi Municipality.
