Abducted DP’s Mpigi councillor Busuulwa John dumped at Kabalagala police

DP’s Mpigi councillor Busuulwa John found at Kabalagala police in Kampala. #WhisperEyeNews

The direct LC. V councillor of Kiringente Sub County in Mpigi Busuulwa John has been found today at Kabalagala police station in Kampala following allegations of his kidnap yesterday.

According to Mpigi district woman MP Nambooze Teddy after reaching at Mpigi CPS and Kibuli CID headquarters and failed to find Mr Busuulwa she was tipped by one of the security officer that councillor Busuulwa had been taken to Kabalagala police station.

Since yesterday councillor Busuulwa refused to record a statement in the absence of his lawyer after opening a case of inciting violence against him.
