Former Kawempe South MP Hon. Munyagwa Mubarak Sserunga Mugaati gwa Batta has come out to reveal that he was once poisoned while still serving as chairman of COSASE in parliament. #WhisperEyeNews
During the political talk show on one of the TV stations, Munyagwa said he was poisoned using the lethal nerve agent which paralyzed his nerves and senses.
According to him when he started feeling unwell, he went to one of the most qualified doctors in diagnosing poisoned an Iran national who revealed to him that he has actually been poisoned using nerve agent poison.
Munyagwa said he informed the then Deputy Speaker the late Jacob Oulanyah about the matter who referred to him to the Speaker Rt Hon Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga.
Munyagwa added that Kadaga told him to take the matter to the national medical council to approve his travel for further treatment outside the country but he was surprised that they never bothered to offer any help.
Munyagwa said after realizing he could not be helped , he used his personal saving spending over 500 million shillings to get the best treatment out the country.
He however said that upto now, he doesn’t know who was behind his poisoning but already forgave him/her even when he didn’t manage to find out who it was.
