Ojok Oulanyah wins Omoro County MP seat with 92%

The National Resistance Movement candidate for Omoro County Andrew Ojok Oulanyah has won the Parliamentary Seat with 14,174 votes defeating 5 other contenders. #WhisperEyeNews #Uganda #UgandaNews

According to the Omoro District Returning Officer, Moses Kagona, the NRM candidate Ojok Oulanyah got the highest number of votes.

Other candidates included National Unity Platform flag bearer Toolit Okecha who got 1,621 votes, Independent candidate Terrence Odong got 530 votes, Forum for Democratic Change Justine Odong got 520, another independent Jimmy Walter Onen got 95 votes and the Alliance for National Transformation flag bearer Oscar Kiiza managed to get only 60.
