Big Story: Eastern NRM Youths threaten to join Bobi Wine , burn tshirts with Museveni portrait. Whisper Eye Reports

A group of National Resistance Movement youths from Eastern Uganda have vowed to lay down their campaigning tools and not canvass support for their party unless their allowances are paid.

In a meeting held yesterday at Babra gardens in CMS village, Bulamagi Sub County in Iganga District, the youths under their umbrella ‘Team Thorough for Yoweri Kaguta Museveni sampled the warning to the ruling party.

The group said as the youths, they have been mobilizing massive support for NRM at the grass-root level for the past five months but have never been paid their accumulated allowances.

The threaten to join the National Unity Platform leader Bobi Wine real names Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert if the NRM party can’t respect and support them.

They even burnt NRM tshirts bearing the portrait of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

In Reacting to his party members acts, Roger Mulindwa the spokesperson of the party cautioned NRM members for believing that supporting the party u must be given money.

NRM faces stiff competition from Kyadondo East MP Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu in the coming elections who is wooing many youthful voters to his side.

Many Uganda youthful generation are identifying with the singer turned politician in the coming elections.
