Mr Simbwa defeated Mujunka to scoop NUP card for Nakifuma MP seat.
Earlier today MP Nambooze pitched camp in Nakifuma to campaign for his NUP counter part amidst hundreds of supporters.
The ailing MP for Mukono municipality was heard telling voters that Mujunka should not risk standing as independent for the good of the struggle.
He risks dividing opposition votes in the much opposition needed seat, MP Nambooze said.
Mujunka despite being denied the much desired NUP card he was nominated on the independent ticket .
MP Nambooze also appealed to Nakifuma residents to vote for all NUP flagbearer on all elective posts.
