The NRM Flagbearer for Luweero Woman MP seat Cissy Mulondo is optimistic to win the seat despite contesting against several NRM leaning candidates.
Cissy Mulondo an NRM Candidate will contest against National Unity Platform (NUP) Brenda Nabukenya, Namulindwa Joy an independent, Justice Forum’s Nanyanzi Shifah Walaikira , Najjukka Prossy an Independent , Namulindwa Pheobeh also an Independent who were all nominated on Thursday.
She says that she will prioritize better planning in the Luweero, service delivery, advocate for better agriculture services in the area and also ensure all school going children get the best quality education and health are some of the key issues.
She adds that her performance in the just concluded NRM primaries speak volumes as she defeated incumbent Eng Lillian Nakate , Nalwanga , RDC and other contenders massively.
Former MP Brenda Nabukenya insists she won the last election and she is not giving up , that she is more vigilant this time to make a change and protect .
She says that she is wondering why Luweero is not being talked for the last four years .
