Well, there are fake cabinet lists already circulating online. Some are just noise makers with no value to add on cabinet!

Othe can’tnt even mobilisat leastst 10 people from a village to talk about wealth creation!

Some officials including NRM CEC members are posturing and conning people that they have been assigned responsibility to make a list of ministers and forward to you for approval!

Mafia is making phone calls to MP elect promising them cabinet appointments…!!

According to the just released report on the multidimensional poverty index (MPI) by UBOS a few days ago, the poverty in the districts of Karamoja sub region are ranked as follows.

  1. Kaabong-63%
  2. Amudat-61%
  3. Kotido-60%
  4. Nabilatuk-59%
  5. Nakaps-56%
  6. Napak-55%
  7. Karenga-54%
  8. Moroto-51%
  9. Abim-37%
The average for Karamoja is 57%, and the worst in Uganda, while for Uganda is 27%.

This MPI measures poverty beyond incomes. It includes levels of health, education, standards of living, and access to basic services.
Now, where the Parish Development Model (PDM) has increased money in circulation at the grassroot, it has equally promoted production and local purchasing power at the village level. PDM has boosted local trades/purchases of items that are locally consumed or even those locally produced for the day to life of wananichi.

Your excellency, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, As you are looking for people to work with in the next regime, the criteria for us wananichi is very simple, any minister you appoint, must be able to employ atleast not less than 50 people in his or her business.
He or she must be a wealth creator or your ambassador on wealth creation to be an example to us wananichi to be inspired to work more with his or her guidance and get out of poverty.

Any minister who is not able to mobilise wanainchi to get out of poverty is a liability not only to you and the NRM government but to Uganda as a country.

27% poverty is still high, and 57% is worse for Karamoja, your ministers must all present a workable paper or proposal on how Government must reduce or eliminate poverty with in Uganda, they must be practical and solution oriented towards addressing Uganda’s challenges, unemployment of our youth, poverty, corruption, improving the health sector, education…all need solutions and we must not only talk the talk but walk the talk of a better Uganda, we have always dreamed of having or envisioned.

Once again, congratulations on your victory as the newly elected President of the Republic of Uganda, Your Excellency, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa, we await for swearing in as we roll out a master plan for 2031 and beyond!
For God & My Country Uganda
