Kampala Lion “Seya” Alhajji Nasser Ssebagala laid to rest. Whisper Eye Reports

Kamapla first directly elected Mayor Alhajji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala has been laid to rest at his ancestor’s home in Kisaasi, Kampala.

Alhajji Nasser Ntege Ssebagala died last month following a short illness.

Thousand of mourners including Bobi Wine, Ken Lukyamuzi, Government big shots, Bussiness Community joined others to send Nasser to his final resting home.

Nasser who died had shown interest to stand for Lord Mayorship position having picked the NUP card , a party led by Bobi Wine.

The younger brother of Ssebaggala, Kawempe North MP Latif Ssebagala in his mourning message said ” You proved to everyone that you don’t have to hold a PHD to be useful to your community”.

He thanked everyone who has been there for them during the difficult time,and the thousands of people who came to witness the sending off Hajji Ssebaggala.

May the Almighty Allah reward you abundantly and reciprocate the love you showed us. He added.
