The former Lubaga South MP aspirant attributes his departure to the People power after Blogger Fred Lumbuye whom he accuses of painting him a mole for some good time.
Kalifah says he therefore decided to cross over so as to leave NUP and his friend Bobi Wine in peace.
Kalifah also said that NUP lost direction ever since its administration became biased over some people who were interested in the party ticket.
He added that he wishes Kyagulanyi the best although he thinks he cannot overthrow Museveni.
