Bobi Wine changes tactics, set to screen NUP party card aspirants. Whisper Eye Reports

National Unity Platform (NUP) party president who doubles as the area MP for Kyadondo East constituency in Wakiso Hon Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu district has changed tactics of choosing party flag bearers.

Privy sources close to Kamwokya the headquarters of the new party told Whisper Eye news that the Principal is keen about the process through which candidates are going to be vetted.

While reacting on the issue of candidates backed by the state, according to our source Mr Kyagulanyi has constituted a team of people to screen candidates before awarded NUP party tickets.

All the four regions have regional offices and a team of technical people from headquarters at Kamwokya, Kampala is involved in the ongoing screening of NUP candidates to avoid controversies after primaries.

The biggest problem is on the central region where over five good candidates are competing for one electoral post.

Early this weak, Whisper Eye Reported the leaked NUP aspirant list which was leaked by Bobi Wine’s “Eddie Mutwe ” which has caused panic inside the party.
