East and Central Africa Afro beat music champion Mr Joseph Mayanja popularly known by his stage name Dr Jose Chameleone set to run a special campaign for Kampala Capital City Authority Lord Mayor.

Whisper Eye has learnt that Mr Joseph Mayanja has bought a four wheel drive Land Rover to reach each and every corner of Kampala City.

Privy sources from Mengo, on Balintuma road where he is setting up a magnificent office told Whisper Eye that Mr Mayanja plans to reach every corner of Kampala city and meet the voters.

The dark blue and red color powerful Land Rover was seen on Thursday evening parked at his offices along Balintuma road in Mengo, Rubaga North Constituency in Kampala.

Dr Jose Chameleone’s moves are proving his ability to defeat 10 year Kampala Lord Mayor Ssalongo Erias Lukwago who is accused of complaining all the time about the situation in Kampala.

Singer Mr Mayanja promised Kampala residents to bring solutions to their challenges.
