Kira Municipality MP, Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda has been arrested.
The MP was holding an FDC politcal event in his constituency that inadvertently gathered a crowd prompting the police to arrest him .
According to police this was against covid-19 guidelines .
His arrest comes when Parliament okayed Scientific elections.
