Cut off ties with Museveni, DP’s Ssembajjwe urges Sarah Kanyike

Cut off ties with Museveni , DP’s Ssembajjwe urges Sarah Kanyike .Whisper Eye Reports.

Democratic Party (DP) National deputy youth leader Ssembajjwe Paul writes an emotional letter to Kampala Capital City Authority Deputy Lord Mayor hajat Sarah Kanyike Ssebaggala over the new appointment by president Museveni.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni appointed Hajat Sarah Kanyike as the new director of Gender, Community service and production in the ongoing reforms at KCCA.

Mr Ssembajjwe writes;

I pen this letter to you, from my seating room about your rumoured appointment as the director Gender in KCCA.

Mr Museveni has no friends he will trace for u until when he thinks that you can help him accomplish a given mission, and if you fail then he will try various means to make sure that he brings you down like he has done to very many opposition members who have chosen to work with him.

I was among the DP members who supported Deo Njoki in Busia by election for L. C V, in the process there come news that Mr Njoki was appointed on the human rights commission.

We got challenges in the camp as he was almost leaving the camping for a juicy job.

He was west not clear whether to reject the offer or to take it, amidst insults from within National Resistance Movement (NRM) party members and opposition.

Finally when he made up his mind not to take the offer they played us politics that he had changed his names in the National Identification Registration Authority (NIRA).

And he could not run for the post, then they declared the NRM flag bearer unopposed and we lost that seat.

I remember some time back that HAJJI Nasser Ntege Ssebbagala a staunch DP then was also in the same hot soup when he was appointed a minister.

Parliament didn’t approve his name despite the fact that he was appointed by the Mr Museveni.

So I think this might be a strategy to disorganize the city by appointing you the deputy lord mayor one of the senior councillors in KCCA on a democratic party ticket to the technical wing.

Ask why you? doesn’t the president have educated and experienced people to serve in that capacity and if people like Jennifer Musisi Ssemakula could resign and leave the juicy opportunity, think twice.

So if the parliamentary committee and the appointments committee don’t approve you then you will loose your political capital.

You will lose your post as the deputy lord mayor and you might loose your councillorship position in Makindye if your not approved by those bodies yet you are among the candidates for woman MP Kampala District.

So my advise to you, is not to take this appointment for you might end up loosing your political capital that you have laboured so much for the last 30years you have been active in politics.

President Museveni appointed four other directors; Ms Kasaka Dorothy as the Executive Director (ED), Eng David Luyimbazi Ssali as the Deputy ED, Dr Okello Ayen David Director Public health and Environment and Ms Grace Akullo Director, Human Resource and Administration.
