The family of ailing retired Uganda Peoples Defence Force solider Maj Gen Kasirye Gwanga Wasswa has confirmed is dead. Whisper Eye Reports.
A source has confirmed to Whisper Eye that the general was pronounced dead 20 minutes ago over poor health.
The General under went operations after a clot was discovered on his head!
He was admitted at Nakasero hospital in Kampala were he died!
