Exclusive : People Power coordinator in Kasese arrested by security operatives
People Power Movement coordinator for Kasese Sam Baluku has been arrested for participating in a rescue mission to Kasese floods victims. according to him.
Mr Baluku is also Uganda Young Democrats (UYD) chairman for Kasese district.
The youthful politician declared recently to contest with embattled FDC area MP Robert Centenary.
A reliable source has told Whisper Eye that Mr Baluku was trying to rescue floods victims at Nyamwamba without a proper plan.

Baluku has been taken to Central Police Station (CPS) at Kasese.
