Authorities in Sheema are hunting for family heads who have failed to construct latrines within their households. #WhisperEyeNews
According to Sheema district assistant DHO Johnson Akankwatsa, they are dealing with Kigarama as a sub-county.
He revealed that four hundred twenty-five households in the sub county don’t have latrines but instead use bushes and neighbours’ latrines.
He said that those arrested will be taken to courts of law and if convicted they will be imprisoned for two years as the health law says.
