In an interview with a @BBC world Focus on Africa journalist Allan Kasujja, the commander of the National Resistance Army Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni told him that Uganda cannot be instructed by any country to do anything it is not interested.

A furious Museveni was answering back to Kasujja after he asked him if he will bow down to the US orders if asked not to deal with Russians following the country’s foreign Minister’s visit in Uganda.

Museveni made it clear that Uganda under his leadership is sovereign and can survive without any one’s assistance and thus it does not take instructions from any body including the US.

Museveni added that Uganda can deal with any one she wants whether one is an enemy of the other , that is none of Uganda’s business.

” we can survive without any body’s Assistance. I don’t take instructions from any body. Uganda is not any one’s maid. That is rubbish. ” he said
