NRM Votes: Educationalist Cissy Mulondo defeats Luweero Woman MP Eng Nakate .Whisper Eye Reports
A renown Educationalist Cissy Mulondo has defeated Woman MP for Luwero Eng Lillian Nakate in the ongoing NRM party primaries.
Ms Mulondo the director of Green Valley Secondary School in Luwero has won the National Resistance Movement (NRM) woman MP flag bearer with a landslide victory.
Last week Whisper Eye news published the opinion polls from Luwero when Ms Cissy Mulondo was leading the race by 53%.
In her victory message Ms Cissy Mulondo has appreciated party members for standing against intimidation and threats to vote for her.
“I’m humbled to be elected the flag bearer of our party. I will not disappoint you my people. As a parent I will take care all you equally. Thank you Luwero,” says Ms Cissy Mulondo.
