Museveni should not get any single coin of oil money because he will be unstoppable, Bobi Wine says

The National Unity Platform’s top boss Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu commonly known as Bobi Wine has again voiced more concern for President Museveni. #WhisperEyeNews #UgandaNews

While asked by many why he supported the European Parliament resolution of ordering Gen Museveni to halt the East African Crude Oil pipeline project until concerns of the environment and human rights are addressed, he said there is more than what meets the eye.

According to Kyagulanyi, Gen Museveni should not get any coin from any single drop of oil because he will use the same money to strengthen his military capacity and become unstoppable in the long run.

Kyagulanyi said that the same money will be used to buy more drones, buy weapons, construct more torture chambers as well as have enough disposable income to bribe politicians and the media at large.

Kyagulanyi added that if Museveni’s government is kept broke, he will always remain a beggar and thus will listen to what the donors order him to do like working on the issue of the ever-blackening human rights conditions in the country.

” Museveni and his regime should be kept poor as much as possible. If he gets any coin from the oil, he will become intolerant and extremely rough. He will use the oil money to buy weapons to terrorize the citizens of this country. ” Kyagulanyi said while addressing a press conference in Kamwokya

Two weeks ago, the EU Parliament passed a resolution telling Uganda to pause the ongoing ECOP project for at least a year as it addresses the environmental concerns and issues concerning human rights.

Gen Museveni however countered the EU calling them insufferable and amateurs who will not lecture him on environmental issues and human rights.

The 4-star General roared that the ECOP project will go on and nobody on earth will stop it.
