Bugoma resident Kasakya Umar a boda boda rider at Bunjakko stage in Buwama sub-County in Mpigi made him self a face mask to implement the presidential order on Covid-19 pandemic prevention.
Mr Kasakya was found at Lukolo wearing a face mask which he made using a polythene bag and a banana fiber.
‘I can not disobey the presidential order. Face masks are expensive to buy, and I decided to make one for my self,’ says Mr Kasakya.
He told Whisper Eye that security operatives are arresting people in his area for failing to obey the orders of president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on the deadly Covid-19.
