Hon. Babirye Lilliane, the National Unity Platform (NUP) flag bearer to be for Entebbe Municipality MP, marked her birthday today in a heartfelt celebration with hundreds of children and their parents, primarily mothers, in Bugonga, Entebbe Municipality.
