Fountainhead Institute Announces Full Scholarships for 2025/2026 Academic Year

Lira, Uganda:  Fountainhead Institute of Management and Technology, a premier private tertiary institution in Lira City, Northern Uganda, has unveiled an exciting opportunity for aspiring students. 

The Office of the Academic Registrar proudly announced the availability of full scholarships and bursaries for the 2025/2026 academic year, targeting talented individuals eager to pursue programs in Engineering, Business, Agriculture, and more.

 Admissions for the August intake will run from May 26 to June 13, 2025.

This initiative is designed to empower students by removing financial barriers to quality education, fostering academic excellence, and equipping individuals with skills to drive professional and community development. 

The scholarships cover a range of programs, including National Diplomas in Civil, Mechanical, Water, and Electrical Engineering; Crop Production and Management; Accounting and Finance; Records and Information Management; Fashion and Garment Design; Business Administration; Public Administration; and Information and Communication Technology, as well as National Certificates in select fields.

Admission Requirements

For Diploma programs, applicants must hold a Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) with at least one principal pass and two subsidiary passes or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. 

For National Certificate programs, candidates need a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) with three passes or its equivalent. Successful applicants are required to contribute a cost-sharing fee of UGX 150,000 per semester and a non-refundable admission fee of UGX 52,000, payable to Housing Finance Bank (Account Number: 1120018037142).
