The territorial police in Ayivu West Division, Arua City, have collared a suspect, Lematia Kizito, a resident  of  Okariba,  caught on a viral video brutally assaulting his former Girlfriend, Edomasia Sharon.

In a chilling 4:31-minute  night vedio clip, the shirtless Lematia, rocking white shorts, is seen mercilessly whipping, smacking, and threatening to choke out Sharon, who’s dressed in a red skirt and purple blouse.

At one point, Sharon, battered and weakened, struggles to fend off the relentless attack, pleading for a moment to catch her breath.

The gut-wrenching footage has sparked a firestorm of outrage across social media.
