City tyre Ling Long promo: third electric car winner receives brand new car

The City Tyre LingLong promotion continues to bring joy to its loyal customers, with the third electric car winner, Mr. Godfrey Kyeyune, officially receiving his brand-new vehicle in a celebratory ceremony held today at the City Oil Kiira Road branch in Kampala.

Mr. Kyeyune, a mechanical engineer by profession, arrived at the event accompanied by his family, radiating excitement and gratitude. The keys to his new electric car were handed over by Hajji Mandela, Chairman of the Mandela Group, and Mr. Wuang, the President of LingLong Tyres International.

From Skepticism to Celebration

During his remarks, Mr. Kyeyune admitted he initially thought the phone call informing him of his win was a scam. “When I received the call, I thought it was from a fraudster. It felt too good to be true,” he confessed. However, the reality soon sank in, leaving him thrilled and overwhelmed with joy.

He shared his long-standing loyalty to LingLong tyres, explaining that he has been using them for over a decade after a friend’s recommendation. “My friend told me LingLong tyres are durable, and he was absolutely right. They have never disappointed me,” he said.

Kyeyune also praised the Mandela Group’s exceptional customer service across their various enterprises, which include City Oil fuel stations, Café Javas, and Mandela Millers, among others.

A Growing Partnership

In his speech, Mr. Wuang, the President of LingLong Tyres International, expressed his delight at the success of the promotion and hinted at even bigger surprises in the pipeline. “This is just the beginning. We are committed to rewarding our customers for their loyalty,” he said.

Mr. Wuang announced an upcoming reward program, which will see lucky winners embark on an all-expenses-paid trip to London and Madrid to watch Chelsea and Real Madrid play live at their respective stadiums. “We want to make dreams come true for our customers,” he emphasized.

He also highlighted LingLong’s enduring partnership with the Mandela Group, which spans over a decade. “Our collaboration with Hajji Mandela has been a testament to what strong partnerships can achieve. We look forward to many more years of working together,” Mr. Wang remarked.

A Step Towards Sustainability

Hajji Mandela lauded the introduction of the electric car, describing it as a step in the right direction towards environmental sustainability. “Electric vehicles are the future, and we are proud to be part of this transformative journey. These vehicles are not only efficient but also environmentally friendly,” he said.

He further reiterated the Mandela Group’s commitment to offering innovative solutions and products that meet the evolving needs of their customers.

Excitement Builds for Future Rewards

The handover ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, customers, and media personnel who shared in the joyous occasion. With the promise of more exciting prizes and experiences, including the prestigious football trip, the City Tyre LingLong promotion continues to captivate and reward Ugandans across the country.

The promotion is part of a broader initiative by LingLong Tyres and the Mandela Group to give back to their customers while promoting high-quality products and services.

As the lucky winner drove off in his new electric car, his story served as a reminder of the endless possibilities that come with loyalty, trust, and belief in quality products. With the success of the promotion so far, all eyes are now on what LingLong and the Mandela Group will unveil next.
