St. Lawrence University distances self from embattled Kangavve , masquerading as their PRO

In a recent article published on Whisper Eyes on August 18, 2024, we indicated that Kangavve Fred, who was involved in a serious incident of defilement and currently held at Entebbe Police Station was a Public Relations Officer (PRO) of St. Lawrence University.

Mr Kangavve the director of Kangavve Education Services Foundation has been masquerading as the PRO of St. Lawrence to convince parents from different parts of the country.

However University officials say, he has never been the PRO of this institution nor associated with the university in any official capacity.

According to a statement released by the university, Kangaave Fred is actually the Director of Kangave Education Services, an external organization that had requested to recruit students for higher studies.

The university strongly condemns the alleged behavior attributed to Kangaave and emphasizes that his actions do not reflect the values and principles of St. Lawrence University.

The university’s Public Relations Officer, Simon Peter Mabira, has urged the public to refer to the university’s website for accurate information and clarification on the matter.

“This clarification aims to set the record straight and avoid any further misinformation or harm to the reputation of St. Lawrence University,” says Mr Mabira.

Mr Kangavve is still detained at Entebbe Police Station as investigations take course.
