Joint security forces foil large cattle raid in Kalapata – Police

Uganda joint security forces foiled a large cattle raid in Kaabong yesterday according to area police. #WhisperEyeNews

The Police spokesperson of Moroto Longole Mike confirmed the developments, he said , “We are glad to inform the general public that, the twenty three (23) heads of cattle that were raided on 9.1.2024 at around mid night in Kalapata Kraals  Kaabong District were all recovered by joint security forces together with the help of peace loving  wanahinchi from the general areas of  Naontosi towards the boarder  with Kenya” .

This cattle raid was master minded by wrong elements from Turkana County in Kenya  who  have continued destabilising peace in the border areas.

As joint security forces we assure the public of our protection from these external aggressors.
We salute our personnel deployed in Kalapata, Losera, Kamion and Lotinyam for the good Job they are  doing.
Safety of wanahinchi with their property remains our major priority.
