Paidha united ends Paidha Black angels unbeaten run

A final whistle by center referee Robert Atiku was final and binding to end the flying Paidha Black Angels FC unbeaten run at Bar Okoro Stadium in Paidha Town Council Zombo District on Saturday afternoon.

The two quick goals by Paidha United in one minute and 6 minutes of the first half respectively crowned the day for the visiting side, though, the Home Side pulled one back through a penalty spot to make it 2-1 in the half time.

The two Paidha based sides encounter mustered thousands of football fans across the region given the pedigree both sides carry. 

A thunderbolt volley by Paidha United Midfield “Maestro” Emmanuel Ocen aka Nuel 28 metres away from the goal gave Paidha united the lead in the 28 seconds in the beginning of the thrilling and neck and neck encounter.

Paidha united SC striker Tekakwo James Alias Majes, fired home a second goal to raise hope sky high for the visiting side just 6 minutes into the first half.

Paidha black Angels winger Aguero converted a goal from the penalty spot after a foul was committed on Paidha Black Angels player in the first half raising hope amongst thousands of the home side, which was not enough for the home side.

The coach of Paidha united SC Nega Abraham praised the game as peaceful and hailed his boys for following his tactical 4-3-3 formation that earned his side  3 solid points in the tense Paidha derby.

The former Paidha Black angels coach called for a peaceful co-existence between the two Paidha based sides even in the second leg.

Hussein Hassan Paidha Black angels side still sit top of the Nyagak zone with 22 points whilst Paidha united move to 17 points level with second placed Pakwach Young Stars.

The derby ended peacefully with home side going home silently whilst the visiting side singing uncontrollably making runs back and forth in the busiest town of Paidha.
