Bobi Wine to meet millions of NUP Youth at their convention to counter MK-Project

The National Unity Platform (@NUP_Ug) party Principal Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu musically known as Bobi Wine @HEBobiwine will be on 22nd May 2023 at the party’s new premises in Kavule, Makerere – Kampala to address the NUP youth convention, the first of its kind in the party’s existence. Whisper Eye Reports

A reliable source told Whisper Eye News that Mr. Wine is planning to destroy the MK Project – a project within a few months after the mega National Unity Platform (NUP) youth convention.

The convention comes at a time when the party is split by mixed reactions arising from the announcement that revealed amendments to the party’s constitution limiting all party leaders and all elected members under the party flag to two five-year terms in the same position which later caused controversial talks among different stakeholders and political key players in the country.

Sources within the NUP youth wing told Whisper Eye that the convention had to be organized some time back but it was withheld by some forces in the party which are at bitter lines with the youth due to disagreements on a number of ways how issues are handled.

“Good News good news. As we had earlier suggested, of course, our top leadership has put it into consideration. As the youth we are the future and the future is today. We can only achieve all we want if we become more connected to each other,” sources revealed to Whisper Eye.

The convention is expected to address several challenges inclusive of the continuity of illegal and unlawful abduction of opposition political players, armed murders, and such. However, some leaders within the party have told Whisper Eye that the convention should also address the way how party-leaning social media handlers insult and abuse them at the sight of top party officials without a clear plan to guide and handle them in a manner that should direct their post preference to the major dream of ousting the junta.
