Milly Babalanda is not corrupt, says NRM’s Sewava

Mr Mukasa Sewava says that what is at play is politics from unappreciative elements.

Milly Babalanda who endorsed President Museveni as the NRM presidential candidate 2026 has been accused of misappropriation of funds of Uganda Printing and publishing corporation (UPPC).

The fighting corruption Minister who fired couple of staff of Uganda Printing and Publishing corporation over fraud and accusations of embezzlement of the corporation funds is yet to comment on these new developments.

It has been revealed that close to UGX 7 billion was misappropriated by the fired staff.

Minister Babalanda has been summoned by Joel Ssenyonyi Parliamenarty committee on commissions, statutory, Authorities and State Enterprises (COSASE) to clarify on such developments.
