The car belonged to the Parliamentary Commissioner a position Zaake no longer holds.
The action was prompted by Hon. Zaake refusal to return the car that by the policy is supposed to be driven by an official driver.
The Clerk to Parliament had severally advised Hon. Zaake to follow the guidelines governing management of the government fleet and return the car but he declined.
Many times, the Speaker Hon Anita Among had also asked Zaake to return the car but he had refused.
As we report, the police have delivered the car back to the Parliament parking space.
Hon Zaake was unavailable for a comment.
