The Kasanda deputy Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Faizo Sseruwagi has sent a strong Warning to all revelers and security agencies during this X-Mas Festival to be vigilant about thugs who have opened their eyes to all corners with the intention of terrorizing Ugandans. #WhisperEyeNews

RDC Faizo made his sounding warning at Golden Veinna Hotel during the lunch of the introduction ceremony of the Masaka city speaker Tonny Ssempijja and advised Ugandans that security begins with them and appealed to locals to reveal the wrong people who are moving around their villages on site.

Mr. Faizo also tipped security agencies to be more vigilant during this festival season because they have received clear information that thugs are using this period to start terrorizing locals in both towns and villages most especially where music concerts are organized.

He blasted some mourners from the opposition side who always attack members of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) during burial ceremonies and reach a certain point of beating, chasing them as if are not human beings.

He asked the former deputy Pokino Hajji Bulu Katale to deliver that message to other concerned officials because in Buganda that character is against norms.

“I appeal to the youth that you must know if you have bad behavior it’s very difficult to be successful in this world, even to get a good government job,” says Mr. Faizo.

The senior presidential Advisor Justine Nameere who was among the chief organizers of Ssempijja’s introduction appealed to Ugandans to use the conducive environment which was installed by NRM freedom fighters with the command of Gen Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Tibuhaburwa to develop themselves and to eradicate poverty within their communities, instead of being used by politicians.

“No government is going to come and inject money in their pocket,” Ms. Nameere said.

Nameere told friends of Ssempijja who attended the lunch meeting that the chief Bazukulu mobilizer in Uganda Hajat Hadijja Namyalo Uzeiyi contributed a huge amount of money and asked Ugandans to continue supporting all NRM government programs.

Tonny Ssempijja appreciated all his bosses’ friends who have contributed to his introduction and advised his fellow Ugandans to respect one another instead of being diverted by some people with cheap politics.
