The blue-eyed Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) member learned about the would-be upcoming European NRM Diaspora convention 2022 in Germany at a place named Burmester Strasse 27, B0939 Munich, and decided to protest this occasion.

The 6ft plus famous Greedy Barbarian author immediately picked his famous pen and wrote to the Lord Mayor of Munich City Dr. Dictor Reiter and requested him not to call the convention to life.

In his letter, he cited the convention which was being sponsored by the NRM secretariat and the government of Uganda led by president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni , saying it was a violent organization by a dictatorial regime to increase its public relations across the globe.

After weeks Kakwenza was replied too by the office of the Munich City Lord Mayor which successfully considered his request and it banned the much-hyped NRM diaspora meeting.

” Your stirring descriptions have made us very concerned and stunned, of course, a ruthlessly and brutally acting regime must not be offered a stage on which it can blatantly conduct its public relations,”, a letter signed by Dorothee Schiwy a Professional City Councilor stated.

It is obvious how it must appear to you personally and to many other people concerned if such events can be planned and advertised in Munich, it added.

The organizers of the convention are yet to react to reports that their much-hyped convention has been canceled by Munich authorities.

Mr Kakwenza for his views was brutally arrested in December 2021 by security officers, he was clearly tortured in detention, and denied bail until he was then seen in Germany seeking treatment.

Todate Mr Kakwenza calls for the downfall of President Museveni governemnt at all ocoasions, the man from Rukungiri , western Uganda was named the PEN 2021 Pinter International Writer of Courage Award.
