Police in Namisindwa has arrested a 56 year old grand mother for dumping a 9 month year old grand son on the veranda of LC 5 of Namisindwa district.

It’s said that Mutonyi Irene a resident of muyutuku cell magale town council Namisindwa district was left with a baby by her son and daughter in-law and run away from her without any help

Mutonyi who has been arrested from Mbale City trying to flee claims that she has dumped the baby because she can’t afford to look after the baby.
