National Unity Platform (NUP) MP flagbearer for Kyotera County Charles Kirumira Lwanga is in secret talks with Minister hajji Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo to deny Democratic Party (DP) candidate Lukwago John Paul Mpalanyi a clear victory.

A reliable source has informed Whisper Eye News that Minister Kasolo accepted to finance Mr. Kirumira’s remaining rallies to boost his ground as a way to reduce Mpalanyi’s votes.

At the meeting which sat at Masaka Golf Lane hotel, Minister Kasolo, Mr. Kirumira, Kirumira’s elder brother who is close to National Resistance Movement (NRM), Mukono Municipality Mayor Fred Kagimu, Nakitende Rachael agreed to boost Kirumira’s campaigns in Kyotera county.

According to their plan, Mr. Kirumira is going to intensify campaigns in mainly four Sub Counties including; Kirumba, Kalisizo Rural, Lwankoni, and Kalisizo Town Council.

A big number of Kyotera residents told Whisper Eye news that they have much more interest in the post of area MP than any other vote.

Kaggwa Richard a resident of Kalisizo town council said that they are to vote out president Museveni’s Minister Kasolo.

“I’m to vote Mr. Mpalanyi as my area MP, Kasolo has had two terms but he has done nothing to us,” says Mr Kaggwa.

Many NRM supporters and diehards are supporting Mr Mpalanyi to force out Kasolo from the constituency.
