Whisper Eye has learned that Mr. Menya Julius of National Unity Platform (NUP) Youth MP aspirant for eastern who was kidnapped by unidentified people sometime back has been found dropped for dead in Kiteezi , Wakiso.
According to reports Menya Julius was blindfolded and had his hands tied up by his captors.
