Chapter Four has condemed the arrest of their Executive Director Nicholas Opiyo.In a statement titled abduction and incommunicado detention of Nicholas Opiyo

Chapter Four a local Ngo is deeply concerned about the abduction and incommunicado detention of its Executive Director, Nicholas Opiyo who was earlier today afternoon arrested by unknown security operatives.

Chapter Four is further concerned about the safety and well-being of Mr. Opiyo, considering that he is being held outside of the protection of the law. A statement reads.

According to the agency, it is in the process of gathering facts and reviewing the situation and it will be taking measures to ensure his prompt release.
