Uganda Polls: Gen Tumukunde launches Braille manifesto for PWDs.

Today Former Uganda Security Minister Gen Henry Tumukunde has launched a braille manifesto at his renewed headquarters at Kololo in Kampala.

Tumukunde an independent candidate in the presidential polls has called upon Ugandans to trust him with power for abetter country.

According to Gen Tumukunde the newly launched Braille manifesto for the PWDs is the first in the electoral history of Uganda.

Our promise is to change the day-to-day lives of People with Disabilities if elected into office. added the former NRA fighter

He called upon the PWDs fraternity in Uganda to embrace change for a better tomorrow.

Gen Tumukunde and Gen Museveni fell out in 2018 which saw Musveni sack Tumukunde as security minister by then.
