Uganda Polls: Gen Tumukunde launches Braille manifesto for PWDs.
Today Former Uganda Security Minister Gen Henry Tumukunde has launched a braille manifesto at his renewed headquarters at Kololo in Kampala.
Tumukunde an independent candidate in the presidential polls has called upon Ugandans to trust him with power for abetter country.
According to Gen Tumukunde the newly launched Braille manifesto for the PWDs is the first in the electoral history of Uganda.
