NRM’s Milly Babalanda mourns fallen Masaka Woman MP flagbearer Fred Mubanda. Whisper Eye Reports.

The personal assistant to the national chairman of NRM Mrs Babirye Milly Babalanda has mourned the passing of former Masaka Woman MP Hon Freda Mubanda who died in Nairobi Kenya.

In a message carried by Eng Sewaava Mukasa , Mrs Milly Babalanda the head of the Office of National Chairman of NRM described the deceased as a very hard working Woman who represented her people of Masaka with all her heart.

Babalanda said Mubanda was a strong supporter of president Museveni who was also a humble parliamentarian good at lobbying having worked for the world bank.

We shall always be grateful for the great role she played towards developing Masaka, we are sad we have lost a cadre, Milly Babalanda message read in part.

She also sent our her heart felt condolence to Kyotera Woman MP Robina Ssentongo who also succumbed to covid-19 yesterday.

The ONC boss cautioned politicians holding mass rallies urging them to follow sops set by the ministry of health.


The fallen politician was the NRM flagbearer for the old Masaka district, she will be laid to rest this week .
