Hot Gossip: Nigerian Artist Omah Lay has been arrested by Uganda Police. Whisper Eye Reports

Whisper Eye has learnt that the Nigerian Musician who preformed at a musical concert in Muyonyo yesterday has been arrested.

According to KMP deputy PRO spokesperson Luke Owoyesihyire the Nigerian Artist Omah lay has been arrested by Katwe police.

He has been arrested together with the manager of the venue where he performed from last night.

Dungu Ivan and the Events manager Prim Kasana, all are in custody, Luke Owoyesigyire added.

The arrest comes after a section of Uganda musicians lodged a complain on why a foreigner would perform when Ugandans musicians are not allowed to perform due to covid-19 restrictions.
