Sad! Minister for Presidency Esther Mbayo child son dies aged 26. Whisper Eye Reports
The Minister for Presidency and Luuka District Woman MP, Hon. Esther Mbayo has lost her only child.
Ian Mawanda (26) a Makerere University graduate has been prounced dead.
According to reports, Mr Ian returned from a gym training last evening before he started feeling unwell.
He was rushed to a hospital were his situation detoriatated , he passed on .
