Kyadondo East MP Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu to launch his presidential Manifesto in Mbarara early today.
The Kyadondo East Mp who also doubles as the leader of National Unity Platform is ready to unleash why he wants to be president of Uganda.
Whisper Eye journalist Mr Emma Kayemba says that police with the UPDF has blocked hundreds of Bobi Wine supporters and journalists from accessing Kakyeeka Stadium in Mbarara City where Bobi Wine is slated to launch his manifesto at 11 am.
Police told Whisper Eye that they will only allow 70 People in the stadium to avoid the spread of covid19.
