New Era: Former USA gen David Petraeus aide Mutaasa Kefeero offers leaders to Col Dr Kiiza Besigye’s Plan B. Whisper Eye Reports
The RedTop Brigade Uganda leader Mutasa Kafeero Charles offers self to lead Rtd Col Dr Kiiza Besigye’s plan B just months to the waited controversial ‘scientific’ general elections.
Mutasa is a former aide to the deadly US general David Petraeus who served as the 10th Commander, U.S Central Command (USCENTCOM) from October 13, 2008, to June 30, 2020, and as commanding General Multi -National Force – Iraq (MNF-I) from February 10,2007, to September 16, 2008.
It should be noted that General Petraeus oversaw all coalition forces in Iraq when he was the commander of MNF-I.
The deadly general trained Mutasa Kafeero with all military techniques which he is ready to apply into the Dr Besigye’s Plan B strategy to change leadership in Uganda.
According to our Investigations, Whisper Eye found out that Mr Mutasa is linked to many US army officers.
He is is mobilising all political activists in Uganda to stand firm and oppose president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s elections rigging in 2021.
A couple of weeks ago Mr Mutasa wrote a letter to Mr Museveni asking him not to appear on the presidential ballot in 2021, arguing that him (Mr Mutasa) and the RedTop Brigade Uganda and Ugandans will provide protection after stepping down from the ballot.
