Cissy Mulondo in early lead for Luweero District Woman NRM MP race with over 19680 votes . 

Uganda’s ruling party National Resistance Movement (NRM) held party primaries yesterday an results show that educationalist Cissy Mulondo leads among the seven candidates so far .

According to ten sub counties and three Town councils: Luwero, Wobulenzi and Bombo that make up Luwero district polls shows that Ms Cissy Mulondo in the lead in every sub country.

Ms Cissy Mulondo commonly known as Maama Luweero is in the lead with a margin over oer 3500 votes followed by former District Resident Commissioner (RDC)

According to supporters and the campaigner of ms Mulondo, the Former RDC is using police and the UPDF to deny their candidate victory .

She has deployed police at the NRM offices denying us a chance to follow up , she is using her influence as former RDC. , a reporter told Whisper Eye.

Others in the race, incumbent Eng Lillian Nakate follows in the third position and she has already conceded defeat.
