Sad News: Kole RDC kills a person with disability, charged and remanded to prison. Whisper Eye Reports.

Whisper Eye has learnt that Johanna Omara Olweny the Kole RDC has been remanded to Lira Government prison.

According to Prosecution , Johanna Omara is accused of causing bodily harm to a one Ronald Opio a person with disability .


It’s allegedly that the RDC together with his body guards beat also another man Jonal Okot and others 4 months ago.


It’s also stated that the RDC also robbed the deceased and his friends.


Among charges the RDC is facing iñclude Aggravated Robbery.


The RDC becomes the second to be criminaly charged after Eric Sakwa of Jinja District.


According to court Mr Omara Olweny has bee sent to demand until 27th Angust 2020.
