Kamukama David a city lawyer at Byamugisha Gabriel & Co. advocates in Kampala has increased his chances in defeating former Uganda Revenue Authority senior officer Dixson Katushemwa and Minister of science technology and innovation Dr Elioda Tumwesigye in the coming NRM parliamentary primaries.
The youthful Kamukama has been mobilising the youth in the constituency to vote out aging minister of science technology and innovation in the coming scientific election.
The two contested for the newly Sheema Municipality elections and Kamukama;s performance was extremely good.
