Mukono Municipality legislator Betty Nambooze Bakireke has appealed to all Ugandans to participate in the struggle led by a youthful leader of People Power, Our Power Movement MP Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu.

MP Nambooze has signaled all Ugandans believing in change to participate and back Hon Kyagulanyi’s cause against president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

“This time Ugandans don’t let us down…don’t leave this young man struggle alone as you stand to watch with just sympathy, said MP Nambooze.

‘We need much more from you in terms of participation. Don’t sacrifice Bobi Wine like the way you have betrayed all of us,’ she added.

She asked Ugandans to do more than cheering on opposition leaders fighting to cause a change of top leadership.

‘Just imagine this type of election where candidates cannot even talk to electorates peaceful over radio,’ says Hon Nambooze.

“Ugandans where are you?!, She asked.”

Democratic Party (DP) vice president Nambooze argues that it is a collective responsibility to fight for Justice, and democratic governance in Uganda.

She has credited Kyadondo East MP Kyagulanyi Robert Ssentamu, also known as Bobi Wine for his efforts in challenging injustices in the country.
